Every aspect was covered without issue.
Our funeral director, Richard, was very informative and guided us through the process every step of the way. The location was convenient for us and the reception facility more than catered for our needs on the day. The actual funeral was run seamlessly by Gerry and his team.
The manner in which Richard assisted us after Mum’s passing was extremely caring and thoughtful.
He made this process of arranging the details of transporting her from to your care and then at the later date again to Rookwood Crematorium. We thank him for helping us through this emotional time in our lives.
Thank you for a sincere experience.
From the initial contact right through the planning process and actual funeral, very respectful to us all in what was the 'unexpected' death of my husband, father, grandfather. Leisa and the team were gracious and offered to accommodate whatever we asked for.
Whether you've recently lost a loved one or you’re planning for the future, our team at Allan Drew Funerals Castle Hill is always here to help.
